What you'll bring to the team
• 5+ years' experience in a DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Linux Engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
• Strong Linux administration experience, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), including troubleshooting, performance tuning, patching, and operational support.
• Cloud and CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions/Pipelines.
• Monitoring & Observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry (OTEL), ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or similar platforms.
• Experience with production monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, root cause analysis, and incident management.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting in distributed environments.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps tooling such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, SonarQube, Checkmarx.
• Experience with virtualization and container technologies such as VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or OpenStack.
• Ability to automate deployments, releases, and operational activities using Python, Shell scripting, and Ansible.
• Passion for technology, continuous improvement, and automation.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to share knowledge with others.
• Ability to organize, coach, and motivate team members.
• Excellent soft skills: communicative, friendly, collaborative, curious, and eager to learn.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and service integrations.

• Knowledge and understanding of Database and RDBMS concepts.
