Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, employment law, or contingent workforce compliance. Domain knowledge Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations related to external workforce engagement, including the Dutch Wet DBA. Experience with contingent workforce regulations. Experience with Statement of Work (SoW) structures and service-based engagements. Stakeholder management Proven experience handling pushback from senior business leaders and managing escalations. Analytical skills Ability to read between the lines of complex, vaguely written service contracts and identify disguised labor arrangements.
